fair share cpu scheduling 2008 r2

Fair Share
CPU Scheduling which is a feature included with Remote Desktop Services in
Windows Server 2008 R2.

Manager\Quota System”

My Question’s

we have windows 2008 R2 Enterprise edition.
enabled the RDS role but we don’t have the registry key even listed. is adding
the registry key good enough.

does the
operating system need any other underlying files. A

re there any stress test
tool's to verify that this feature works
