RD Session Timeout for Specific Virtual Desktop Collections

I would like after a certain amount of time that a Remote Connection is either idle or disconnected, that the user session will end and the user will be logged out so the VM can then roll back. Currently users are just hitting the 'x' closing the connection but not really logging out. I also don't want make the connection bar disappear.

I know I can adjust session timeout settings on a 'user basis' in Active Directory, but I would like to do it on a 'collection basis' if possible.

I was told that the GUI/snap-in for this is no longer available in 2012 and must be done with PowerShell. Is this the case or is there an easier way in some dialog box I am missing?

This question has been asked here:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/8c6d81f7-021d-4b38-b26e-74f7162c8409/rd-gateway-sever-2012-session-timeout-for-pooled-virtual-desktops?forum=winserverTS

but the solution marked as answered only applies to a 'Session Collection'. On a 'RD Virtualization' Collection (pooled and managed in my circumstance) there is no "Session" menu to adjust in the collection properties.

Thanks...
