RDP prompting for password

I am trying to setup an rdp connection that will connect to a windows 2003 domain server without being prompted for credentials. The server however is constantly prompting me for a password.

So far have checked the following

 1) Group Policy in "Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Encryption and Security\Always prompt client for password upon connection" is not configured.

 2) The registry key "fPromptForPassword" in both DefaultUserConfiguration and WinStations is set to 0.

 3) Credentials are stored in the local credentials cache

I presume the problem is that on the RDP-TCP properties of the server I am trying to connect to, "Always prompt for password" is ticked and is also greyed out so I am unable to change it.

Can anyone tell me how this box is ticked and greyed out given the above settings and if this will be the cause of my issue.

Thanks
