RD CAL (server side) shows that it expires in 30 days.

I have several servers that need multiple users, hence the CALs.

I use a single server to manage the CALs.

This is a Server 2012r2 server. The server is activated, as is the "Remote Desktop Licensing" server.

I added the CAL license pack to the server, and there were no errors. But, in the "Expiry Date", it is exactly 30 days from my installation date. In my previous install (back on a 2008r2 server), the expiry date showed up as "never".

I understand that the leases to the client machines will have expirations, but the server itself should not, correct?

If I delete the license and re-add it, the 30 day timer resets, right down to the minute I install it at.
