I have a windows server 2012 running Remote App and I have a client machine that is running windows XP sp3. there is a label printer that is connected directly to the XP machine and it is working with COM ports. by accessing the application using the web interface for remote app the ports redirection is not working but if I use normal RDP and enabled port redirection from the RDP client it work fine. I checked the 2012 server and from the collection properties everything is enabled for the client settings but I did not see any option to redirect the ports. please advise.
